We use this unit ourselves when it's not rented so it's decorated magnificently!  Everything in it is brand new.  We receive MANY compliments on our condo.  You'll love it!  By the week or month. NOTE:  We require a refundable deposit to hold your reservation.  We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at anytime for any reason at our discretion by returning the deposit.  All deposits will be returned in full within 10 days after the rental if there is no damage, no evidence of smoking, and no  loss of property.  If loss exceeds the deposit, you will be billed for the difference.
