Please call evenings 5-10 p.m. EST or you may call any other time and leave a message on our answering machine. If you do that, please be sure to let us know your name, your phone number, which unit you're interested in renting, your intended arrival date, how long you'll be staying. We'll call you back that evening. We recommend also with the same info. We check email frequently, seven days a week and will return all phone calls promptly.

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at anytime for any reason at our discretion by returning the deposit. All deposits will be returned in full within 10 days after the rental if there is no damage, no evidence of smoking, and no loss of property. If loss exceeds the deposit, you will be billed for the difference.
